Foo Fighters perform an emotional performance at Taylor Hawkins' concert

Even so, the Foo Fighters managed to close the show with a set of their best-known hits.

As the group performed "Times Like These," the performance was emotional.

Grohl was visibly fighting back tears as he began the song.

As the rest of the band joined in, the stage erupted with music.

As every lyric was sung, Wembley Stadium seemed to join in.

They followed that with a powerful rendition of "All My Life," their 2002 hit.

Travis Barker replaced Josh Freese on the third song of the set before Grohl brought in Josh Freese.

“The Pretender” and “Monkey Wrench” were powered by Blink 182's drummer and the Foos.
